I'm back! with new year habits

Hi everyone!

I've been on vacation for a few days (well, weeks) and I couldn't write anything, but I'm back on track (I hope).

One of the kind of posts I like to do is a new year's resolutions kind of post. I don't believe in new year's resolutions per se but I do think that if we make them "habits" they do work.

So! Here I am with a few (less is more) habits I would like to stick to this year:

meatless day (or days) --> Starting, I would like to eat less meat this year and one of the easiest ways to do that is to plan a "meatless day of the week".

Since I don't plan to charge my partner with the burden of searching for recipes, cooking differently and so on, this also will imply that I will cook more, but that may be a good thing because of my second habit!

Less screens outside of work --> Like lots of us, one of the things I see myself doing after shutting of the work computer for the day is to lay down on the sofa and watch something on youtube.

I've seen myself lose hours and hours of time I could use for something else more... enriching? (I don't actually know if this word exists) so this year I would like to use less screens outside of work, and pick up some hobbies that don't imply screens. Maybe cooking? wink wink.


And that's it! I validated for years that if I throw myself too much I won't accomplish anything so, for this year, just these two for me!
